Another View

You must have a signed Release Form
(you can sign your own if you are 18).

Half the group will work in the Highland Park area and half will walk or be transported nearby to the Burroughs neighborhood.

After we get done working you can:
1. Go home
2. Have a parent drive you to the zoo
3. Walk to the zoo and enter through the Spencer St employee's gate.

More Details
  • People who signed up online by the deadline will get first dibs on the shirts
  • We will likely be picking up trash; the United Way is  providing gloves but you might want to bring your own
  • Dress for the occasion; don't wear your best outfit!
  • We need a few more parent chaperones
  • Group picture before we start the projects!
Zoo Details
  • If you go to the zoo you can stay as late as you want.
  • Parents who chaperoned can get in too.
  • You can park for free at the zoo lot off the trail but the lot on Broadway is owned by the city of Toledo and you will have to pay.
  • I'd park in the free lot on the Trail side and take a nice walk through the zoo.
The weather looks fantastic!
