Dravet's Syndrome Event, Saturday, 5 October 2019

From Cameran Whitaker . . .

"My family hosts a 5k fun run/walk to raise awareness for a rare form of Epilepsy called Dravet syndrome. This will be our tenth year doing it and we are in need of some volunteers. We host this event because my sister who at just 5 months old was diagnosed with this life long seizure disorder.  We come together on the Airport highway side of swan creek park with a silent auction and some fun things for younger kids to do. We love to have more attendees as well as volunteers and would appreciate it if some people come out have some fun and volunteer for a few hours!
For any further information you can contact me at:       (419)-704-3644
Or the Host- Jen Whitaker at:       (419)-508-2420 "

Clean Your Streams, September 19, 2015

This is a fun event that we have done the past few years.
The name is somewhat deceiving: we will be cleaning up the stream bank-not the stream itself.
